Tax Recovery Act

On February 17, 2009, President Obama signed into law the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). Commonly known by many as the “Recovery Act” or “Stimulus Act”, it makes a number of beneficial tax changes for individuals and businesses. In fact, about one third of the nearly $800 billion stimulus act is dedicated to tax breaks.
